The final stage of the Itzulia Women pays its annual tribute to the men's Clásica de San Sebastián: Jaizkibel as the high point of the first half of the race and Mendizorrotz (2nd cat., 6.4 km at 5.2%) as the last judge.
Gurutze (3rd cat., 2.7 km at 5.2%) links the two major climbs before the race passes through Donostia and turns inland for the final ascent, which crests 10 km from the finish. The descent brings the race back to the Boulevard, the stage of the final podium.
