Stage info
A visit to the great climbs of the Ain in this penultimate act of the old Dauphiné, with 3,500 metres of climbing in barely 130 kilometres.
A hard start, as befits this race, and a second half that's also very demanding: the spectacular Lacets du Grand Colombier (Cat. 1) and Richemond (Cat. 2) ahead of the all-too-familiar Grand Colombier (HC, 8.4 km at 10.2%), also used in the Tour de France in the past.
